What are the size difference in ears?
Normal Ears: These work for 2 and up, with 1 inch foam and a 1 inch headband.
Small Ears: These work for both kids and adults. Made with 1/2 foam and smaller headband.
Baby Ears: These can work for any child if they prefer a nylon band. These bands are 14" length and are stretchable.

What headband is used in Tie Knot Headbands?
We use the normal 1inch headband for these! Upon request we can switch it out for the smaller headband but the size will be smaller in width to make sure it fits perfectly.
Have you changed the style of your ears?
Yes as of January 1st, 2019 we decided to edit our style just a bit! You will see a small difference between your older ears and newer ones.
Can my ears get wet?
We advise taking your ears off in the case of rain. As the fabric may become altered.
Can my ears be out in the heat?
We advise you to never leave your ears in the car on a hot day. They may become altered due to the heat. Ears are fine to wear on hot days.
Can I wear my ears on a ride?
While we love wearing ears, it is always best to take them off on any ride where there is a possibility of them falling off.
What if a discount code doesn't work?
That generally means it doesn't apply to the product or the code has reached its limit. I run sales that are time sensitive so codes deactivate or reach their usage limit fast. You can always message us on Instagram or email first to see if a code will work or not.
Do you refund for missed discount codes?
Unfortunately we will no longer be giving refunds for any missed discount codes. This includes any past orders placed before a sale or any orders placed during a sale. Code must be used at checkout for it to be valid.
I don't have PayPal how can I checkout?
You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use it! Just checkout as a guest instead of logging on.
What is Sezzle?
Sezzle is a payment option that allows you to break up your purchase into 4 payments. This allows you to pay every 2 weeks. Orders are shipped in their normal TAT.
We offer first class shipping to keep the rates lower and have upgraded options if you would like priority shipping. Most products ship out in boxes however smaller items will ship in bubble mailers.
For international shipping any overages will be refunded.
Current Turnaround Time
We are currently at 7 business days. If you need your ears by a certain date please reach out to me via email. If I am able to get these orders out earlier a rush fee will be added. It also doesn't hurt to put in the order notes your need by date.We do offer priority shipping for those last minute orders, just add the listing priority shipping which will add the difference from first class to priority. This is only needed when you are buying 1-2 ears. If you are already purchasing 3 or more it will ship priority.
Bow Color Options
We have a large range of bow colors to choose from. If you ever need a different color bow then what is listed please contact me to see if I can get that exact color you are looking for.
If you are ever unsure of any bow colors and how they might look on a specific print please message me and I will show you how it will look.
Returns and Exchanges
There is no refunds or exchanges unless item has an error made by me. Orders available for refunds are those that were sent the wrong ear choice or bow color choice.
Returns can be sent back in the original box and shipped back first class mail to save on shipping costs, or by priority if the weight is over 16 oz. We ask that you please return within 3 business days of receiving your product. The condition of returns must be the same as it went out with no stains or damage.
Exchanges will be for the same color/print of ears with the same bow color and not different from the original order. Exchanges must come back to the shop how they were sent out with no stains or holes. Any damage to the ears will result in a stocking fee to be determined by the damage.
If you receive a damaged package from USPS where the ears were damaged please send us a message immediately with photos of what the box looks like and the damage. We will work with you to find the right solution of getting this resolved.
